Infrastructure

The provision of turnkey products and solutions requires a support infrastructure consisting of competent, adequately equipped service centers, strategically located throughout the African continent servicing all major, surrounding and outlying areas.

Apart from our in-house complement of highly skilled engineers and technicians, Tron Corp have evaluated, selected and equipped various technical support partners culminating in a support infrastructure that plays a vital role in providing 24/7 backup and support to our valued customer base throughout the African continent.

Service centers include: Gauteng, North West, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Freestate, Kwazula Natal, Eastern and Western Cape provinces with areas outside our borders including: Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Uganda.

Warranties

All equipment and services are provided with warranties ranging from 12 to 24 months from date of installation and application specific extended warranty packages are available. Our packages include first line maintenance visits during warranty periods insuring the user against faulty components and workmanship.

Warranty claims are entertained on a carry-in basis for small removable devices and larger non removable hardwired installations are supported and repaired onsite. Product and service warranty periods are tracked from our service centers and after warranty maintenance contracts are introduced in time to ensure continuous effective equipment operation and user satisfaction.

Spares Holding

The effective provision and maintenance of products depends on and are subject to the availability of factory specified parts and components. All Tron Corp products were selected and evaluated baring this in mind and spare part availability is guaranteed for a period of at least ten years from date of equipment purchase.

All our service centers hold adequate spares on all products supplied to accommodate immediate response to site to repair. Recommended first line maintenance spares packages are available on all models to be kept on site and our current MTTR figures are between 1 and 2 hours from call log time. In the unlikely event of parts being discontinued, our 20 years design experience and unsurpassed engineering intellectual content enables circuit modification to accommodate the use of generic parts to repair.

Call Centre

Critical equipment support requires a call centre that operates on a 24/7 basis. The Tron Corp call centre is based at our works in Driehoek, Germiston where calls are logged, prioritised and routed to the relevant service centre.

The call centre further provides telephonic backup and support via our engineers to assist clients during emergency situations whilst repair teams are dispatched and with verbal step by step monthly equipment test procedures.
